  • Meet Texas bison producers & hear about the present & future direction of the Texas bison industry

  • 1800's Texas Living History area - cowboy music & poetry - chuck wagon

  • Farming lifesyles - and other activities of early Texas settlers

  • Interactive children's activities

  • Native American Cultural area:  Dancers, Music, Storytellers, Tipis

  • Educational Demonstrations:
          • Flint knapping (making stone arrowheads) - bow making
          • Fire making - and other primitive Arts & Crafts

          • General store - purchase bison meat products

          • Trader Tent - primitive supplies, beads, clothing, furs, leather goods, etc.
